Description
normal procedure up to version 1.3.2: click on issue will show that issue not possible without entering a new key in the target DNS. After doing this click on renew would renew the certificate.
But it just displays
pfsense+ acme service
Renewing certificate: STAR.example.com
account: Let's encrypt DOMAIN key server: letsencrypt-production-2
Certificate renewal failed.
deep in the log the new key will be found, then a renew will function (but also with very few output.
Perhaps the service is simply not as verbose enough, as before

ok, there IS a setting "DEBUG Logging" which will show the needed key. So perhaps it just went away with the 1.3.2 update
