Description
mcast-bridge version 1.7.0 is available in upstream FreeBSD ports.
Version 1.7.0 represents a bug fix release containing the following pertinent changes:
- Check for an invalid total length value in IPv4 headers.
- Verify incoming MLD packets have a link-local source address and hop limit of 1.
- Fix handling of a query robustness value of zero from other IGMP/MLD queriers.
- Honor query max response time from IGMPv2 queriers.
- Don't mark an inbound bridge interface as active if the join fails which allows potential recovery for a temporary down interface.
- Reset msg_controllen prior to each recvmsg call to ensure the control message isn't truncated.
- Check for evm memory allocation failures at startup.
