if this flag is set once, the unset is not working in the gui

I just tested this and the checkbox unchecked after posting. I even revisited the page and it was still unchecked. Please provide more specific instructions on how to trigger.

I found the problem there...

the checkbox Radiusissued Ips is shown twice on this page

once below the pptp dns settings and a second time below radius accounting update

if i reset both checkboxes it works

You have an outdated version if you have two of those check boxes, I fixed that a while ago. I also fixed a problem along these lines at that time. Closing, this is fixed.
