Description
Issue:
While testing pfSense 2 RC3 on ESXi 5.0.0 I received an error that the install CD was still locked by the operating system when I tried to eject it after being prompted to do so.
Workarounds:
use force-eject in ESXi
Reason to fix this issue at all:
some users might not immediately know they can safely ignore the errors which scroll endlessly after force-eject

I have installed pfSense in ESX hundreds if not thousands of times and recently 5-10 in 5. I have never seen this issue.
You should not be ejecting the drive until the BIOS screen appears as that was the bootup volume.
