Description

When dynamic interfaces are down, these will show up even if there is already a manual entry for it too.

I have a manual 3G entry which disables monitoring. But because it's down it will also produce a 3G_PPP entry

This happens for DHCP interfaces too though.

Should be resolved properly, or atleast for now, pretty sure we'll run into something new at some point. When adding a new dynamic interface this needs updating.
