Import server certificate - Bad Issuer

Description

Dear Pfsense support,
We have migrated to the latest version of Pfsense (from version 1.x to version 2.0.1-RELEASE).
We have installed client "client export" plugin. In Cert Manager, I have different CA previously created before pfsense migration.

My problem :
If I try to import a server or user certificate, the issuer is not the good issuer. After that, if I go to "client export", I can see my user certficate under the bad issuer and if I click on, for example,on Viscosity Bundle, I have the following error :

The following input errors were detected:
Could not locate certificate.
    Failed to export config files!

can't replicate, inadequate detail to know what might have happened there, doesn't appear to be something anyone else has ever run into.
