filterdns prevents pfsense to boot up when dns resolution is not possible.

Description

If dns resolution is not possible (like wan interface is down), it takes too much time for filterdns to timeout during bootup, which prevents pfsense to bootup in a reasonable time.

Please not that i have about 20 entries in my walledgarden.

Adding

options timeout:1
options attempts:1

in resolv.conf helps in this case.
