Hello,
Having played with multiple Gateway configurations, my Pfsense box still shows "WAN_DHCP" as Graphs drop down list Under "Quality" tab of RRD Graphs.
I have configured my WAN as static since and i've deleted this Gateway Under System -> Routing -> Gateways.
Cheers to the whole pfSense team :)

That is intentional in case someone needed to retain the history.
One can always remove the file from /var/db/rrd/ if they no longer wish to have it.
