Description
Some help page links are dropping certain characters. Specifically, in help.php, the link should go here:
https://doc.pfsense.org/index.php/How_can_I_forward_ports_with_pfSense%3F
But it sending the user here:
https://doc.pfsense.org/index.php/How_can_I_forward_ports_with_pfSense
Even though the URL is specified properly in the source.

OK it isn't a PHP/pfSense problems, it's the web server's http->https redirect dropping them. If I change the links to https they work.

Fixed the web server redirect rule (needed [QSA,NE]) and they work again.
