I recently set up 3 new pfSense installs (all on 2.1 final), and on all 3 I had a problem with the Setup wizard - both clicking the pfSense logo, and finishing the wizard just restarted it. I had to manually change the URL to http://pfsense-ip/index.php to get out of the wizard.
One of the installs was embedded, the other two were regular installs off USB stick to hard drive. All 3 were x64, on very different hardware (HP DL-380 G5, HP MicroServer, Intel D2500CCE mini-itx board).

never seen that, in 5 months there have been many, many thousands of people going through the wizard, and haven't seen a report elsewhere.
