I think pfsense need native feature to block MAC ADDRESS via rules. Today should use ipguard or dhcpd to achieve.

Using ipguard and dhcp server to block using MAC is palliative solution as firewalls usually block via MAC rules are natives.
Use dhcp to block or ipguard using mac and not an elegant solution.

I think the rules of pfsense should be able to block or allow using MAC ADDRESS, same occurs in other firewalls.
