Description

Ermal and I talked about this a couple days ago, it doesn't have a ticket though so opening here. System log on 2.2 systems with IPsec enabled gets spammed repeatedly with logs like:

ipsec_starter[28287]: notifying watcher failed: Bad file descriptor

Ermal thought it was cosmetic-only and was going to silence it.
