Description
On the Status -> System Logs -> Firewall tab -> Summary View (/diag_logs_filter_summary.php) in the Source IP Data and Destination IP Data tables the links to icons are broken.
It looks lite theme name is missing in the path: /themes//images/icons/icon_log.gif
Not a big issue, but still...

Didn't validate it on 2.1.x, but I checked and it's ok on 2.2 by be0af33ee0137cc92272b5f5c5c1a4a70bce82f2
