Description

I have 2 pfsense cluster installations in two different locations.
One of them 2.2 version 64-bit, second 32 and 64 bit 2.1.5
Sometimes (2 times a week, sometimes offten) they both (locations) have a problem with CARP mismatch state (mix master/backup interfaces on both nodes).
To solve that I need to manually disable CARP on backup node. After reenabling everything works ok for some time.

  • Status changed from New to Rejected

this is almost certainly indicative of a connectivity problem between the two systems

It was configured using : https://doc.pfsense.org/index.php/Configuring_pfSense_Hardware_Redundancy_%28CARP%29
Please, do you have any suggestions how to diagnose/solve it ?
