Description

I'm trying pfsense 2.2.2 in this hardware:

http://linitx.com/product/fabiatech-fx5625-intel-atom-18ghz-8-nic-firewallrouter-platform-8-intel-gigalan/13468

which is Intel Atom D525 1.8GHz CPU and ICH8M Chipset based (I don't know if it is relevant)

1 - install nanobsd into CFAST card
2 - pfsense boots perfect
3 - I enter default ip and do the wizard only.
4 - reboot
----------------at this point, the menu apears and when begins to load kernel, apears 1 letter every 5 seconds, very very slow... and finally after 30-40 minutes i boots. After that it works perfect. The stop process begins slow too, very slow.

1 - I install nanobsd into CFAST again and boots quickly again.

*With version 2.2.1 it works great! I found the problem upgrading to 2.2.2, and after that I do a new install, same luck. Now I'm working with 2.2.1 and can't upgrade.

Disable the serial port.

The nano images weren't updated as they're generally not affected (most enable the serial console, in which case you're fine). Enable the serial console, disable the serial port in the BIOS, or wait for 2.2.3 and you'll be fine.
