OpenVPN Client Export - Use the VPN description when producing the exported file (instead of host-proto-port combination)

Description

I found the default <hostname>-<protocol>-<port>-<user/certname> combination a bit unfriendly for my users, so I added a (default) option to use the VPN description instead of <hostname>-<proto>-<port>.

Not sure what the protocol is re submitting patches / features, but I created a pull request on github, and I attach the same as a .patch
