Description
After a configuration restore on new hardware with new physical interface names whiach doesn't mtch the old ones the reassign wizard starts correctly.
The wizard wants also to reassign logical interfaces (ovpnc* and ovpns*) which isn't needed.
So currently it is safer to reassign the phsyical interfaces manually in the .xml backup file before restoring it to new hardware, if ovpnc* or ovpns* are assigned to own interfaces.

when an interface mismatch exists, it prompts with the normal interface reassignment which includes all interfaces. Those which still exist, like the VPN interfaces, are pre-assigned where they were before. It's correct to still offer the option to re-assign everything.
