Mobile IPsec shouldn't show "remote gateway" field

Description
When creating a mobile IPsec P1, you have the "Remote Gateway" field that isn't applicable and cannot be configured for mobile clients (that box is just omitted for mobile).

Please clarify.
vpn_ipsec_mobile.php does not present a Remote Gateway box.
This could have been related to the missing tabs on vpn_ipsec?

it's on vpn_ipsec_phase1.php?mobile=true. If you go to vpn_ipsec_mobile.php, check Enable, and hit Save, you'll get "Support for IPsec Mobile clients is enabled but a Phase1 definition was not found." Click the Create button there, and that's the P1 I'm referring to here. Remote gateway isn't applicable for mobile=true.
