THis page has not been converted to bootstrap yet but it should be quick to do.

Could I get some help setting up traffic shaper so I can test it, or a piece of config.xml I can drop in?

lost power on the host running those and they weren't set to auto-boot. Fixed that and booted them back up.

status_queues now correctly displays the queue status (duh!) Test instance https://bootstrap-test1.pfmechanics.com/status_queues.php demonstrates.
