Steps to reproduce:
Add secondary WAN IP (Alias)
Configure openvpn server on UDP/443 of Second IP
Attempt to configure openvpn server on UDP/443 of WAN IP
Won't let you save.
Workaround:
Disable server on secondary IP
Save config on WAN ip
Enable server on primary IP

that's by design, though the reason is no longer applicable. there's a feature request ticket open to allow it
