Description

Go to vpn_openvpn_server.php, add new. Switch server mode to shared key.

1) The "Automatically generate a shared TLS" box is still there, should go away where mode is shared key
2) The "Peer Certificate Authority" and "Peer CRL" fields are still there, should only show in SSL/TLS modes
3) The "Auto generate" box for shared key is checked as it should be by default, but the "Shared Key" text field's show/hide is opposite what it should be. Auto generate checked, Shared Key box hidden, and vice versa.
4) the Redirect Gateway option should be a checkbox.
