Description

When duplicating a pool on load_balancer_pool_edit.php, a blank member is added to the disabled box under "Current pool members". example on 172.27.44.156. Click to duplicate the test entry there, and just hit save. You end up with: 

The following input errors were detected:
*  is not a valid IP address or IPv4 subnet (in "disabled" list).
