TinyDNS wizard ends up on incomplete page

Description

20100421 03:15 snapshot with TinyDNS package installed around 20100421 18:00 UTC.

After installing the TinyDNS package and running the wizard, the GUI ends up on the TinyDNS page on the "Settings" tab (as I guess it should).
However, the page displayed is almost completely blank - just a few random "add" and "remove" buttons.

Refreshing solves the problem.
