Description
This page is a mess of buttons, icons and sortable rows. It really needs to be completely re-written using a jQuery library that can handle sorting in nested tables (which $(this).sortable() cannot).
For now we need to make the icons consistent, replace buttons where they make sens, fix the table striping and remove any duplicated functionality.
