Just a note here - need to split most of the antivirus stuff to security/clamav. There's at least the E2Guardian thing that will be using the same, the packages just need to stop breaking each other. See https://github.com/pfsense/pfsense-packages/pull/866#issuecomment-154063389

I converted the squid monitor page to Bootstrap (others are all XML), will be up for testing shortly.

The Bootstrap-related pieces are fine, and the primary features of the package function when properly configured.
