Row helper descriptions 

<rowhelper>
    <rowhelperfield>
        <fielddescr>Format</fielddescr>

are added beneath each element in the table in the helpblock. As rows are added or deleted, the descriptions are copied/moved so that they appear to remain fixed.

Its not perfect, but I'm afraid this is how repeatable PHP tables work now.

Would really be nice to have a fixed header at the top and skip the help text completely :)

You can also see the width of the select fields in that pic :)

So, is it possible to have the <description> tag printed somehow? (As a hover on the <fielddescr> or whatever?) Would like to avoid stupid hacks such as https://github.com/pfsense/FreeBSD-ports/pull/248/commits/d7dde1b361d3571945d9711c182b91bad6b036eb#diff-bc5bb775ff3b0951f911f85cd53afcfdL127
