Rowhelper descriptions are not printing

<fielddescr>Format</fielddescr>
are added beneath each element in the table in the helpblock. As rows are added or deleted, the descriptions are copied/moved so that they appear to remain fixed.
Its not perfect, but I'm afraid this is how repeatable PHP tables work now.

Would really be nice to have a fixed header at the top and skip the help text completely :)
