Already pushed a fix, you can gitsync from the console in a shell prompt:
pfSsh.php playback gitsync master
or:
fetch -o /etc/inc/vpn.inc https://raw.githubusercontent.com/pfsense/pfsense/master/src/etc/inc/vpn.inc
The fix hasn't shown up on github yet, will be there in a few moments.
