Fixed by commit:1c0083d004e4aeaad0c22f63df393f40243e4dd4 and commit:7e506f87e28da023fc8e3334c90a01ab99cbb074
The username field isn't CDATA escaped, and Easy Rule fills in "Easy Rule" for the username and it was being translated which broke it.
