Description
Right now if you login on pfsense firewall version 1.2.3 on console. There are no access restrictions to the internet (WAN) for HTTP,HTTPS, SSH, etc...
It would be nice to manage the rules for the firewall it self, inbound and outbound. Having a Tab folder for Firewall(FW) in FIREWALL: RULES (/firewall_rules.php)

This is doable in 2.0 what you are asking for 1.2.3 will not be feasible i guess since it will be legacy 'soon'. No other releases are planned afaik.

The only thing you can't do right now in 2.0 is disable the auto-added pass out all rules, but you can override those with floating rules so you can achieve the desired result. Will leave this as a note to add a checkbox for that in the future.
