squidguard blacklist update not working after initial update

Description

squidguard is not able to download from http://www.shallalist.de/Downloads/shallalist.tar.gz or from http://urlblacklist.com/cgi-bin/commercialdownload.pl?type=download&file=bigblacklist when tried after the first/initial update.

I tried to check /var/squidGuard/log/ but found nothing about blacklist update.

Please see attached logs and configuration files.
