Description
Can you please investigate allowing system updates to be downloaded separately to the upgrade and reboot of the system.
This would be most useful for being able to pre-stage updates, or to download updates via slow links ahead of time to more accurately define upgrade change windows for larger environments.
Currently a dry-run from the CLI via pfSense-upgrade -n does everything up to the point of downloading packages.

This is unnecessary. You can run pkg upgrade --fetch-only or pkg upgrade -F and it will offer to download before proceeding.
