Description

For some reason, when I try to list the arp table, pfsense freezes and I need to restart PHP-FPM via console.

2.3.2-RELEASE (amd64)
built on Tue Jul 19 12:44:43 CDT 2016
FreeBSD 10.3-RELEASE-p5

Please, let me know how to collect for details to help debugging the issue.

Notice that I didn't reboot the system yet, probably it will fix the issue, but will hide the issue.

Please, advise.
