Description

I have 2 LAGG openvpn TAP mode.
If I disable and enable a VPN, then the VPN is down (dasboard: 'Unable to Contact service daemon not running?').
I have to remove the VPN from the LAGG, restart the VPN and put it in the LAGG for this to work.

That is not, and has never been, a supported configuration.

it works in 2.1.5 and 2.2.5.
But I understand that you would not supported this configuration
