There should be an option to autocreate rules to allow all traffic between bridged interfaces.

In 2.0 you decide how to filter bridge interfaces and IT IS considered a normal interface.

You can create interface groups to do rules and everything else.
There is not meaning to enter checkboxes everywhere because there is laziness to do so!

Well, there are checkboxes to autocreate firewall rules when creating NAT rules. I would guess that allowing all traffic on bridged interfaces would cover a very large percentage of bridged interfaces. Why do something manually when you can have a computer do it for you?
