Description

When trying to perform an XMLRPC between two 2.4 HA systems, the secondary won't accept new settings, believing it has detected an XMLRPC sync loop:

Nov 9 07:59:25     php-fpm     374     /xmlrpc.php: Disallowing CARP sync loop

Fix is in PR https://github.com/pfsense/pfsense/pull/3215 and it works.
