Some prefixes are removed in new cymru list.

The list on the server was having a problem updating, which we have corrected. The hosted list is current now, shortly it will sync to the other file servers and then a user can initiate a manual bogons update in their GUI if necessary (Diagnostics > Tables, pick the bogons list, then click Update).
