Description

When a ' caracter is inserted in a comment, the "filter config" button in "Log" tab no longer works.
Javascript can't load a squidGuard.conf file when a ' is present.

For exemple a line in squidGard.conf :

# N'est utilis\xc3\xa9 dans aucune ACL

Fix pushed. Will show up shortly in pfSense-pkg-squidGuard version 1.16.1.
