Description

In some cases, through manual user intervention, the value of net.inet.carp.demotion can be negative. The GUI shows a button for a >0 demotion status that resets it to 0, but not negative.

We need to show the button for negative cases as well, so the user can return the value to zero in either case.

To me, I have a patch.
