Description
When I got to Status > Monitoring I get this error: Error: JSON not returned. Check to make sure you have an active session. Tried the "verify advanced options are sane" and " set ping payload size" suggestions.

I can't reproduce this on a fresh installation or upgraded firewall using the latest snapshot. Sounds like maybe your libiconv pkg is missing or corrupted somehow on that unit.
Post on the forum for discussion and diagnosis, and if a specific bug or problem is identified there we can look into it.
