Barnyard2 webui configuration updates result in ****** written to the config for the password

Description

Any changes to the barnyard configuration page requires that you update the password as well, otherwise ** is written to your configuration and stopping barnyard2 from working properly. I suggest making the password field mandatory on this configuration screen.

Repro steps:

Navigate to: https://pfsense/snort/snort_barnyard.php?id=0, hit save, and inspect the newly written baryard2.conf file you will see something like:

output database: log, mysql, user=snort password=******** dbname=snorby host=192.168.x.x

Those *** are where the password should be, that isn't me censoring this bug.

no such issue on latest snort 4.0_10

tested on pfSense 2.4.4-p3 and pfSense 2.5.0.a.20191230.2321
