No problems here on Chrome with Android 7.1.2 and Chrome 59.0.3071.125 (Tablet) or Android 7.0 (Droid Turbot 2), in portrait or landscape mode.

The autocomplete suggestions got in the way a bit in portrait mode on the phone but it still worked, but that's all in the browser.

It may be something with your handset or build, not the code on the page. Does it work if you reload the page after the security prompt? Or if you rotate your device? Either way I'm not sure there is much of anything we can do to help that.

You might also try against a 2.4 system, which has a completely redesigned login form.
