Having a Dashboard that can show stats without logging in.
Traffic, Link status, EG all the widgets without any of the options.

This could be useful for Diags on remote sites that users can check.
Also for putting on a Plasma/Monitor on the wall to visually see what is going in and out of the network at a glance.

Nothing will be available without logging in. That is not a secure means of accomplishing that goal. You can make restricted or limited access users and let them only see graphs/stats/etc and deny config write. You could also setup SNMP or similar and poll the data from something else.
But having any info published without logging in is a security nightmare. You'd be handing information to potential attackers.
