I can say that for me this bug exists since > 2.3.0 hence I hadn't have yet the time nor the priority to fix it... however, I now found I am not alone.
The forums 'fix' does help, however, doing this per restart is at least annoying and the bug seems to travel from version to version.
Worse is, since 2.4.1 it does result in no Internet traffic allowed anymore....
