"../xsl/package.xsl" is referenced in package XML files but not on the firewall

Hit 'create' too soon by mistake. Anyhow:
cron.xml, arping.xml, shellcmd.xml, etc. etc. make reference to ../xsl/package.xsl which is nowhere to be found on at least 2.4.2.
The version I could find on git had a couple random </td> elements with no opening one. Attached is a cleaned up version. I don't know how out of date it is, but at least the routed package xml likes it now (after some out-of-order .xml elements were fixed)
