Description

When a crash report is generated and a user tried to submit it, if there is no connectivity to crashreporter.pfsense.org, the submission will fail and there is no message to let the user know (other than the lack of "Upload received OK. Deleted crash report files from local disk.").

Ideally, if the crash report submission failed, the user would receive some message letting them know it failed and how.
