im getting root: pkg help Child process pid=91546 terminated abnormally: Segmentation fault

Description

im getting [2.4.2-RELEASE][]/root: pkg help Child process pid=91546 terminated abnormally: Segmentation fault im not able to install any package nor my installed packages are listed on pfsense, even updating pkg is not possible im getting same error, i have tried restore to factory default but same error, please help, im unable to update pfsense from usb as i have a 4860 applaince, it stuck on booting.

im also getting ERROR: It was not possible to identify which pfSense kernel is installed
Netgate SG-4860 - Serial: 1138170327 - Netgate Device ID: 1f7687e47fcda83883a8

i cant update the device from console
