Description

We pulled in patches for net.inet.ipsec.async_crypto which allows multi-threading for IPsec crypto jobs, but there is no GUI control to activate it.

A user could add it as a tunable, but given its potential performance impact it should have its own knob.

On 2.4.4.a.20180814.1656, enabling "Use asynchronous mode to parallelize multiple cryptography jobs" shows a noticeable increase in IPsec performance. Looks good.
