Floating rules : add interface column

Description
To allow an easier management of floating rules : add the colum inyertrface in the floating rules tab.
For now, AFAIK, one has to go into each floating rule to know which interface(s) they apply to.

This is not entirely feasible because the floating rule could apply to dozens of interfaces and trying to print them all would wreck the formatting of the page. It could maybe print a couple and then "..." but that isn't very useful. Putting them in a tooltip/modal that could show them in multiple columns might be better, but even that only works up to a point.

Indeed it has limitations.
Maybe this could be an on/off feature letting people liberty to activate it depending on their environment/number of interfaces/needs.
