Show rule description on disabled and previously logged rules

Description
I am requesting that the rule descriptions in Status -> System Logs -> Firewall be shown for disabled rules and rules which were previously logged (but logging was subsequently disabled).
It would also be nice to show rule descriptions for deleted rules, possibly as a configurable option in Status -> System Logs -> Settings (given that it would require possibly significant overhead to store deleted rule information).
(Yeah, I need to get a logging server running. Just spend so much time on crafting and refining rules....)

This isn't going to be possible. It isn't viable to keep a separate database just for deleted rule IDs and descriptions to look them up. Firewall logs are very short-lived on the firewall, so it's a lot of effort for minimal gain.
